Delivery Arrangement
General Freight
In general, all purchases over HK$380 (after discount) on this website can enjoy free delivery service, if less than HK$380 (after discount), HK$80 shipping (only for general areas) will be charged.
If the delivery building address does not have a lift and needs to walk up the stairs, an additional charge of $20 per floor will be charged, and guests can also choose to pick up the goods on the roadside.
Delivery Time
We will cooperate with different local logistics companies to ensure that the goods are delivered to customers as soon as possible. General goods will be shipped within 3 working days after payment is confirmed, and the delivery time will depend on the delivery area.
Small pieces of goods-In order to facilitate the customer to pick up, generally small pieces of goods will be arranged to be delivered to the smart cabinet or express delivery station, the customer will receive the arrival message and can arrange the time to pick up the goods by themselves.
Bulky items-will be arranged to the customer’s residential address (only for general areas), Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Cheung Chau, South Y Island, Ping Chau, Mui Wo and other areas, bulky items will be charged an extra $100 surcharge.

Delivery Status
After the goods are shipped, our customer service will notify the customer of the delivery note number via email or Whatsapp.
Undeliverable Situation Processing
If the customer has the wrong delivery address, failed to contact for many times, or failed to pick up the goods on time, and the goods are returned, the customer must pay the freight before arranging the second delivery.
Macau, Domestic and Overseas Orders
Orders in these places do not include shipping or tax fees. Shipping costs are charged at the actual cost of payment or delivery. If there are any tax-related products, they will also be charged at the actual cost.
