Replacement Arrangement

If you find any problems after receiving the goods, please take photos and archive them first, record the condition of the goods with photos, and contact us within 3 working days after receiving the goods to request a replacement. If you need to replace the goods, please keep the complete packaging of the original goods, and ensure that the goods are complete and unused. We will replace the goods for you according to the situation.

Remind you! Submitting this application does not mean that the order has been eligible for replacement. The follow-up process will contact you through the customer service email info.thinkrich@asia.com for processing.

Applications submitted 3 working days after receipt of the goods will not be processed.

Items available for replacement

1. The received product does not match the ordered product or the received product is damaged
2. When replacing the goods, the problem goods and related gifts must be returned together

Items not accepted for replacement

1. No packing box, label, and the contents of the goods are damaged or bent. (The return must be consistent with all accessories and packaging at the time of receipt)
2. The customer’s personal reasons, such as buying the wrong product, buying the wrong color, inappropriate size and size, and personal inapplicability, etc.
3. Damaged goods that have been modified by customers and improper use
4. Goods that are more than 3 working days after receipt
5. Some goods have been marked as not providing return services
6. Goods that have been opened, used, or damaged due to personal or human reasons cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. The goods are not purchased from our website

Out-of-stock arrangement when replacing goods

If there is a chance that due to the shortage of supply, we cannot provide replacement products for a while. Once this happens, we will contact customers for other solutions.
